Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 June 2026 · Effective from: 26 June 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at aiincomematrix.pro and related pages operated by AI Income Matrix Inc. (“AI Income Matrix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a corporation registered in Quebec with its principal place of business at 1000 de la Gauchetière Street West, Suite 2400, Montreal, Quebec H3B 4W5, Canada. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.
Separate written agreements, enrolment confirmations, or corporate statements of work govern paid training services and prevail over these Terms where they conflict. These Terms apply to general website use, browsing programme information, submitting enquiries, and interacting with public content. Registration for a cohort or purchase of services constitutes acceptance of applicable programme-specific terms communicated at enrolment.
2. Nature of Services
AI Income Matrix Inc. is a vocational training provider offering AI income skills courses, corporate training, pathway mapping sessions, and related educational materials. Our product is instruction: structured cell modules, facilitator-led cohorts, worksheets, rubrics, and professional development resources. We are not a financial institution, investment advisor, securities dealer, insurance provider, employment agency, or business opportunity seller.
Brand clarification: “Matrix” is not MLM. The name AI Income Matrix and our grid-matrix curriculum refer exclusively to a pedagogical framework for organising skills and learning pathways. Rows and cell modules (for example, Map, Build, Package, Deliver) describe educational sequencing, not recruitment tiers, downlines, commission structures, or network marketing compensation. We do not sell distributorships, require participants to recruit others, or pay commissions based on enrolment chains. Tuition funds teaching, materials, and facilitation. Any reference to “income” in programme titles or marketing describes skills relevant to professional billing and client services, not promised returns on a financial product.
Website content, including blog-style explanations, programme descriptions, testimonials, and statistical summaries, is provided for general information. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business, employment, or financial decisions.
3. Income and Outcomes Disclaimer
Training does not guarantee income. Participation in AI Income Matrix programmes may help you develop skills related to AI tools, prompt engineering, service packaging, and client delivery, but we make no promise or guarantee of employment, revenue, profit, billable hours, client acquisition, or any specific monetary outcome. Income and business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your prior experience, effort, market conditions, pricing decisions, competition, economic climate, client demand, and compliance with professional obligations.
Examples, case studies, or testimonials describing participant experiences are illustrative only. They reflect individual circumstances at a point in time and are not predictive of your results. Aggregate statistics on our website (such as module counts or cohort sizes) describe programme structure, not earnings potential. We expressly disclaim any representation that enrolment will produce a particular income level within any timeframe.
AI-assisted work carries inherent limitations. Models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased outputs. Billable professional services require human judgment, verification, client consent, disclosure of AI use where appropriate, and adherence to applicable laws including privacy legislation such as PIPEDA. Our courses teach awareness of these responsibilities; fulfilment remains yours and your clients’.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the website lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts; transmitting malware or harmful code; scraping or harvesting data through automated means without written permission; misrepresenting your affiliation with AI Income Matrix; using our trademarks or curriculum materials to imply endorsement of unrelated products; posting defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content through any interactive feature we provide; and interfering with website security or performance.
We may suspend or terminate access, without prior notice where reasonably necessary, for conduct that violates these Terms or poses risk to our organisation, participants, or partners. Nothing in these Terms limits remedies available under applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, cell module names, grid terminology, curriculum structure, images, videos, and software—is owned by AI Income Matrix Inc. or licensed to us and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. The AI Income Matrix name, matrix grid design elements, and associated branding may not be used without our prior written consent except as permitted by fair dealing or fair use for commentary, review, or news reporting.
Enrolled participants receive a limited licence to access and use course materials for personal learning and, where programme terms allow, for delivering services to their own clients. That licence does not permit resale of materials as standalone products, republication of proprietary worksheets as competing curricula, or removal of copyright notices. Corporate licences may expand usage rights as set out in executed agreements.
6. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website may link to third-party sites, AI tool providers, payment processors, or scheduling platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of external services is at your own risk and subject to their policies. Programme instruction may demonstrate third-party AI tools; your relationship with those vendors is separate from your relationship with us.
7. Privacy and Cookies
Personal information collected through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with PIPEDA and applicable Quebec requirements. Cookie use is described in our Cookie Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge those policies.
8. Governing Law and Quebec Provisions
These Terms and any dispute arising from website use or non-contractual matters related to our public content are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws.
Where you qualify as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec), CQLR c P-40.1, you benefit from mandatory protections that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Quebec consumer law, including rights relating to misleading representations about goods or services.
Provisions of the Civil Code of Quebec (CCQ) relating to contracts of adhesion, abusive clauses, and interpretation against the drafter may apply where you are deemed a consumer or where a term is found to be external to the main contract. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under Quebec or Canadian law, the remaining provisions continue in full force to the extent permitted.
For training services delivered under a separate enrolment or corporate agreement, venue and dispute resolution terms specified in that agreement apply. For website-only disputes, the courts of the District of Montreal, Quebec, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable consumer rights that permit actions in other competent forums.
Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes through direct communication before initiating formal proceedings, except where urgent injunctive relief is required. French and English versions of consumer-facing documents may be made available; in case of discrepancy required to be resolved by law, the version prescribed by applicable Quebec language legislation prevails for Quebec consumers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Income Matrix Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for claims arising from website use in any twelve-month period shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (C$100) or the amount you paid us for website-related services in that period, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited under Quebec consumer protection law or other mandatory statutes.
The website and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without liability.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Income Matrix Inc. and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful conduct in connection with your use of our public materials, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” and “Effective from” date. Material changes will be highlighted where practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, discontinue use of the website.
