Matrix Foundations

Your entry point to the income matrix. Over six weeks you complete cell modules A1 through A4 (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude basics, and shared prompt patterns) alongside B1 income orientation (defining billable tasks, time tracking, and client communication norms). Pathway mapping at intake places you in the right lab group. Evening sessions suit employed professionals; you leave with a personal skill grid, three production-ready prompt templates, and a draft micro-offer priced in CAD. No coding prerequisite beyond everyday software comfort. Includes cohort channel access and one instructor review of your capstone micro-deliverable.

Prompt Engineering Lab

An intermediate programme for consultants, writers, analysts, and team leads who already use AI assistants casually but need reliable, repeatable outputs. Cell modules cover chain-of-thought structuring, few-shot libraries, evaluation rubrics, red-team checks, and tool-specific optimisations for ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude. Cluster B work focuses on packaging prompt systems as client-facing products: audit reports, custom instruction sets, and maintenance retainers. Labs are hands-on; you build a version-controlled prompt repository and document human-review gates suitable for Canadian professional services. Graduates report faster turnaround on research and drafting engagements without sacrificing quality controls.

Income Packaging Studio

Cluster B density meets selective Cluster A refreshers. This programme is for learners who can already operate AI tools but struggle to convert skill into scoped, defensible offers. You workshop service menus, CAD rate bands, proposal language, and statement-of-work clauses that disclose AI assistance appropriately. Cell modules address niche positioning: AI-assisted market research, content production sprints, workflow documentation, and internal training half-days. Role-play client calls build confidence handling objections about accuracy, privacy, and PIPEDA-aligned data handling. Outcome: a published services one-pager, three priced packages, and a delivery checklist aligned to your matrix coordinates.

We facilitate a compressed grid-matrix curriculum onsite or hybrid: pathway mapping for the team, build-row labs tied to real internal workflows, and package-row alignment with your organisation’s procurement and IT policies. Cluster A covers secure prompting, document templates, and meeting-to-action automation; Cluster B translates gains into billable internal chargeback models or client-facing efficiency narratives where applicable. Includes executive briefing, facilitator train-the-trainer session, and a 30-day post-sprint check-in. Custom scoping for headcount above twelve participants.

Capstone Cohort

The deliver row in concentrated form. Enrol when you have completed at least one prior programme or pass a pathway mapping assessment. You receive mentored hours, structured peer critique, and presentation coaching for a single high-stakes deliverable: client project, internal pilot, or portfolio flagship. Instructors score output on accuracy, speed, scope discipline, and invoice readiness. Montreal graduates may present at a showcase evening in the Bonaventure corridor district; online graduates receive recorded feedback and alumni listing options. This programme does not introduce new tools—it proves you can ship under deadline with AI assistance professionally managed.
