Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about our income matrix model, tuition, tools, and what we are—and are not—as a Canadian education provider.
Is AI Income Matrix a get-rich scheme, MLM or investment platform?
No. AI Income Matrix Inc. is a Canadian education company (BN 812456789RC0001) that sells courses and professional training services. We are not a multi-level marketing organisation, investment platform, cryptocurrency scheme, or passive-income promise. Participants pay tuition in CAD for instruction, cell module materials, cohort facilitation, and related support—not for recruitment rights, downline commissions, or speculative returns. Our curriculum teaches AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, prompt engineering) and income growth skills (packaging billable work, client services, professional positioning) so graduates can pursue employment or self-employment on their own merits. We explicitly disclaim guaranteed revenue outcomes in our footer, terms, and enrolment materials. If a third party claims you can “join AI Income Matrix” to earn referral commissions, that representation is false—report it to [email protected]. Education quality and ethical boundaries are central to our brand; anything resembling a get-rich scheme is incompatible with what we do.
What is the income matrix or skill grid?
The income matrix is our curriculum architecture. Rows represent progression: Map (audit and pathway mapping), Build (tool and prompt fluency), Package (offers and pricing), Deliver (capstone execution). Columns represent Cluster A (AI assistants and automation) and Cluster B (commercial outcomes). Each intersection is a cell module with learning objectives, practice assignments, and rubrics. Matrix cohorts move through coordinates together with instructor checkpoints rather than consuming random video playlists.
Which AI tools do programmes cover?
Core instruction includes ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude, with optional modules on workflow automation and retrieval patterns where relevant. You typically maintain your own software accounts; we teach responsible use, evaluation, and client disclosure. Enterprise Copilot deployments are addressed in corporate programmes with IT policy alignment. We are vendor-neutral educators, not official resellers of OpenAI, Microsoft, or Anthropic.
Are courses available outside Montreal?
Yes. Live online matrix cohorts mirror Montreal cell modules with Eastern Time sessions. Corporate clients may book onsite delivery across Canada. In-person intensives and capstone showcase evenings are centred at our Bonaventure corridor learning centre at 1000 de la Gauchetière Street West, Suite 2400.
How much do programmes cost?
Published CAD ranges appear on our Programs page: from C$890 for Matrix Foundations to C$9,800+ for large corporate sprints. One-to-one coaching and workshops are listed on Services. Quotes include applicable taxes where required. Payment plans may be available on select cohorts; details provided at enrolment.
Do you guarantee income after graduation?
No. We teach skills and commercial framing; market conditions, your effort, niche, and existing network determine results. Testimonials and case studies illustrate possibilities, not promises. Billable work requires ongoing client relationships, quality control, and compliance with laws including PIPEDA where personal information is involved.
What prerequisites are required?
Matrix Foundations expects everyday computer literacy and professional communication comfort, not programming expertise. Intermediate programmes assume completion of Foundations or equivalent experience verified through pathway mapping. Capstone Cohort requires prior programme completion or assessment. Corporate groups may split sub-tracks by skill level after the Map row.
How does PIPEDA apply to my data?
We collect personal information for enrolment, delivery, billing, and support with consent where required. Contact form submissions require explicit PIPEDA consent. Full details: Privacy Policy. Privacy questions: [email protected].
Can employers sponsor my enrolment?
Yes. Many participants fund training through professional development budgets. We provide invoices suitable for corporate reimbursement and can scope custom programmes under Corporate AI income training. Your employer may require additional data processing agreements for internal project work during capstone modules.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Terms of Use. Generally, full refunds are available within a stated window before cohort start minus administrative fees; after materials access begins, partial credits may apply. Corporate contracts use separate statements of work.
