About AI Income Matrix
A Montreal education company built around one idea: AI tools matter only when they connect to billable, ethical professional work. Our income matrix makes that connection teachable.
Our origin
AI Income Matrix Inc. was founded in Montreal to address a gap we saw before 2026: plenty of generic AI webinars, very few structured programmes that paired tool fluency with income growth skills for Canadian professionals. Freelancers were experimenting with ChatGPT in isolation; corporate teams received Copilot licences without delivery playbooks; consultants underpriced AI-assisted work because they lacked packaging language. We designed a grid-matrix curriculum—rows for Map, Build, Package, and Deliver; columns for Cluster A tools and Cluster B commercial outcomes—so every cell module has a clear coordinate and assessment rubric.
We are incorporated in Canada (BN 812456789RC0001) and operate a learning centre in the Bonaventure corridor district near 1000 de la Gauchetière Street West. That location keeps us close to transit, corporate clients, and the diverse professional community that makes Montreal a strong test bed for bilingual, PIPEDA-aware training design. We serve learners across Canada through live online matrix cohorts while anchoring in-person intensives locally.
What we believe
Education should be honest about limits. AI assistants hallucinate; client data requires consent; income results vary by market and effort. We do not run get-rich schemes, MLM structures, or investment products—our revenue comes from tuition and training fees, full stop. Instructors are practitioners who bill for AI-assisted services themselves; they teach from workflow experience, not affiliate hype. The skill grid is our intellectual framework: transparent enough that participants know what they are buying cell by cell.
How we teach
Matrix cohorts stay small—maximum fourteen learners—so pathway mapping and capstone reviews receive genuine attention. Cell modules blend demonstration, supervised practice, and peer critique. Cluster A sessions cover ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, prompt engineering patterns, automation basics, and evaluation discipline. Cluster B sessions cover scoped offers, CAD pricing, client communication, retainer design, and case study documentation. Corporate engagements add policy alignment and train-the-trainer options. Every programme ends with a deliverable row artefact: something you could show a client, manager, or portfolio visitor.
Governance & quality
Curriculum updates follow a quarterly review cycle as major models and enterprise tools evolve. We document changes to cell modules and notify enrolled cohorts when assessments shift materially. Privacy governance aligns with PIPEDA: participant data is collected for enrolment, delivery, and support purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell learner lists to third-party recruiters or software vendors.
Accessibility: our Bonaventure corridor classroom meets building accessibility standards; online cohorts receive captioned recordings where technically feasible. Request accommodations during enrolment and we will work with you within reasonable operational limits.
Who we serve
- Independent professionals adding AI-assisted services to existing practices
- Corporate teams adopting Copilot or comparable tools with measurable output goals
- Career transitioners with strong domain expertise seeking structured tool fluency
- Agencies standardising prompt libraries and client disclosure practices
- Nonprofit and public-sector teams needing ethical, budget-conscious workflows
We are not a staffing agency, lead marketplace, or certification mill. If you want a credible map from skills to billable work—with Canadian English materials, CAD pricing examples, and instructors who facilitate rather than lecture—you are in the right matrix cell.
